1) install it through windows installation CD: start>>settings>>control panel>>add/remove programs>>add/remove windows components >> tick internet explorer >> OK
2) download through microsoft's website (if ur windows is genuine): goto http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx
3) use other browsers: such as Opera (my favorite), or Firefox. or in textmode, u can use elinks/lynx. see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_browser
4) if your computer is not using microsoft windows, goto option 3 or use existing web browser : )

all windows operating system has builtin (already install) internet explorer . if u dont have it than install using windows cd and go to control panel and add/remove programs or if u have netscape explorer than go to msn.com site and download it.

If you are using legal Windows, go to the Microsoft web site and download it.

Or better still, try Firefox.

all u got to do is right click on the desk top and than go in property's and than go in desktop and than go in customize desktop than tick the Internet explore

HEY!!!! you can't access the internet without that service charge every month, how would they make anything off of it??????
