Non residents :- Work for other nation,serving other nation but sends money to own nation for saving or to family.increasing country wealth.....r they helping the own country or using talent for other country ignoring ours.
Resident :- Work for own country,serve own country .they dont wanna use talent for other nation . they wanna live life kingsize. but not helping own country to remove corruption and bad image.

Why do people leave their countries? because they feel they can find better opportunities in other countries and there's nothing left for them in their own countries. And you call that patriotism.
NRI's send money to their families not thir nation. They run away from their countries and expect others to show patriotism in terms of service.
Now that was out of agitation.
Basically patriotism is a feeling. Everyone is patriotic towards it's own country. Only a few are able to serve. Atleast, staying in one's own countries, one serves the country by paying taxes. And an NRI's taxes benefit other countries. Both NRI's and residents are pastriotic towards their countries. And both of them wanna live life kingsize. Both of them don't use their talent to serve their nations, but to uplift their social status. However, whenever it comes to their nations call, both try to contreibute to some extent. Being an NRI, or a resident does not change your mentallity towards your nation, does it?

Going outside of the country is not patiotism meams, Gandhi also went to Britan that too Britan , for study Bar-at Law.It is not the question of resident or non resident decides the patriotism.

ONLY WHO IS A RESIDENT OF OUR NATION IS PATRIOTIC TO THEIR COUNTRY. BECAUSE THEY HAVE GETTING EVERYTHING FROM THEIR INDIVIDUAL COUNTRY WHILE STUDYING. AFTER THAT IF THE GO TO SOME OTHER COUNTRY IT IS SHAME.
