No. You answered your own question, actually ("I know you have to (be) 18..."). If you're only 14, you need to either wait until you're an adult, or the decision is in the hands of your adult guardian. Anyone who would be willing to tattoo you at your age without an adult's consent is totally unethical, and you would have to wonder what other areas (for instance, sterility and cleanliness) they might be cutting corners on.

Things may be a bit more liberal in the UK, but here in the states you cannnot get a piercing until you are 18 with photo identification. You can get one at 16 with a parent. Then for tattoos, you cannot get a tattoo until you are 18, period.

you can find places that will do then with out parental consent but i wouldn't my daughter had tragus done at a place like that they did it wrong and it got really infected and we had to get antibiotics and her Dr said she could have lost her hearing. I had to take her to a professional piercer and beg him to remove them because we couldn't get them out. She also had her nose done at a place like that and it got infected. If you want one done go to a professional piercer not the people at the mall and get it done right. Talk to your mom or dad about getting their consent. Tell them you would like to have it done and really don't want to go behind their back. If you get it done right you should have fewer problems.

hun, do u really want something for the rest of you life, your young and in 10 yrs ill bet youll regret it tattoo are for life ,o and by the way a girl in my class had her belly pierced and it it got infected and she had to keep on spraying it in class and puss came out (yellow) if u do get it done gd luck

Belly Button & Ears are fine but tattoos ( Tramp Stamps ) & other piercings detract from your femininity
