Body shops give free estimates. Every dent is unique, so they hafta see it.
And note that the body shops will try to guess about any hidden damage, knowing they can lower their estimate later if the damage isn't there.
Your insurance company will only estimate visible damage knowing they can raise their estimate as damage is found during the course of the repairs.
Don't get too upset if the initial estimates of the body shop & insurance company don't match at first. They will hafta come to an agreement if one is paying and one is getting paid. Both of them should be able to provide you with a no oblogation estimate (unless they are shady:)

Don't ya hate it when that happens.

It's possible you bent the frame, but more likely you bent a suspension part or two. The only way to know is to take it to a body shop and have it checked over. They will give you a list of what is damaged and what it will cost to fix it. Get a couple of estimates if you can.

If you have full coverage you can turn this into your insurance company. If that isn't an option or money is tight then replace the most important items first. Those would be the suspension parts, wheels and tires.

Call your insurance company.

Call a body shop or three for written estimates. They will look at your car and write up the quote. Never take the first estimate always get more. Plus the insurance company usually wants three estimates anyway.

Good luck and hope your deductible is not to high.

depends on how fast you were going for your frame to be bent. possibly you might be able to buff out the scratches if there not deep. rubbing compound in any car part store near you. as for the rest go around your neighborhood and have estimates done please ask if they are free estimates first okay!go to 3 body shops or more if you have the time and also ask plenty of questions concerning the ACTUAL PRICE not the estimated price meaning bottom line price estimates can change by hundreds if dollars some times so Please be careful. hope this helps

I really doubt you messed up the frame. Check with your insurance agent about possible coverage. You may only have to pay the deducable to fix your car, as opposed to a few thousand dollars in body repair.

I doubt that small of amount of damage would bring a bent frame into play.
Check the alignment when you get it fixed.
