I think Cruella got arrested and perhaps Medusa too, but I can't remember if Lady Tremaine and the Ugly Sisters were bannished from the castle or forgiven........

Cruella changed her ways and became an animal rights activist. She currently works in africa upholding the rights of poachers to take animals.
Medusa now works for Wileda on hair gel research. I understand she was instrumental in the development of "plastic elastic gum" to calm down wild hair of a morning.
Lady Tremain and her daughters left their east european country in disgrace and are now assylum seekers in Wood Green, London. This is after being rescued from (actually kicked out of) the sex slave trade.

Cruella went to jail in the movies, nothing mentioned in book. Medusa I think fell back into the cave. Lady Tremaine is she from Snow White? if yes then she dies. In Cinderella one sister was forgiven in the new Disney release, mother and other sister sent away. In non-Disney world all sent away.

I think Medusa got her head cut off by Perseus. If you looked at her you would turn to stone, so he used a polished sheild to look at her and cut off her head.
I dunno about the others though, sorry.
