I want to know because I want a Superman T-Shirt with the superman icon like crossed out with that red circle thing and I can't find one in like YAhoo images.... I want one SO badly...

I think that this is easier then having to write it out in multiple languages so that everybody understands it. It is mot likely the WORLD-WIDE Visual standard that means NO.
