what are normal hcg levels and what is that?

becuause i recently found out that my hcg levels are at 17632 and i am at the beginning of my seven weeks is this normal?

Yes, at 7 weeks though the range is HUGE:
7 - 8 weeks LMP: 7, 650 - 229,000 mIU/ml
