What universities in Northern New Jersey offer Science and Engineering Courses?

Do any of them have night or weekend classes in Thermodynamics, Linear Equations, Dynamics, Hydrology, Chemistry II?

The best schools for engineering in New Jersey are Princeton and Rutgers. But both are in Central Jersey. But let's face it -- Jersey isn't that big.

There is a big drop off in quality between them and the #3 university in NJ -- which is probably the College of New Jersey in Trenton. As for the North, NJIT and Stevens Institute would be your best bets.

Neither is a bad school -- but if you can get into them, you could probably do better.
