I understand your question, but the fact still remains that Billick was able to win a Siperbowl with Trent Dilfer at QB, so at the very least he hasnt let the offense get too out of hand.

Brian Billick had a productive dou of Randy Moss and Chris Carter at WR and Donte Culpepper at QB. Until this last year and this off season he has not had the same type of players that he had in Minnesota.

Well Brian Billick had both Daunte Culpepper and Randy Moss in Minnesota and doesn't have them in Baltimore.

I think it is because until last year he hasnt had any good offensive players other than Jamal Lewis. I guess in that sense he isnt an offensive master mind, he just knows how to get the best out of great players.

When he became a head coach he has to look at the big picture and has assembled a pretty good NFL team most years, because of the D. He's doing a good job.

randy moss in his prime, and an aging but still effective chris carter will make pretty much any offense look good.
