Oh cheese, don't be a Casper Milktoast about it. First ask to see their feet. The guilty party will probably lactose. If you whey the evidence you will find that docking their pay is an appropriate punishment - lets say 2%.

I hope they are not doing anything to the product.. I would make sure you have proof before doing anything, because firing someone can be very difficult. Good Luck
