I think Indian players do not have gutts to rise to the occasion, I did not see team spirit the way other teams are playing. Indian team members seems to put their personal emotions more than playing for the pride of the Billion people country. I do believe that BCCI is equally responsible for the disaster in world cup. Look at the politics working around Cricket. The chairman of the selection committee Mr. Vangsarkar does not understand the ethic of the business? Why he said anything about selection without playing a single ball in world cup to upset the team spirit. Why in the world they said that after world cup they will be paid by performance. You do not need to. BCCI is ruler and when time come you make rule and who do not want to follow can take a walk. I think our team is full of talent but players failed to act as an professional to achieve the mission. Finally the Coach, did you see how SriLankan Batsman Jaysuriya over come the bangladeshi line & lenth accuracy. Mr. Chapell??

If anyone is responsible for any performance, it must be the team. Team India alone together with its coach is responsible for their dismal performance in the WC 2007. Trying to justify the miserable performance by citing the statements of Vengsarkar or the BCCI's decisions amounts to exonerating a bunch of inept players for their lousy performance. The idea that the aforesaid external factors demoralised the team is useless thinking.

Neither players nor BCCI or coach is to be blamed, but WE.....WE are the people to be blamed. We have created such a hype to them. We have created top market value for them. We have created star status for them. They are en-cashing through advertisements. We are the people make them to realise their position by boycotting the products they are representing. When MNC's avoid them, then only they understand where they stand. Personal preferences, personal prejudices and personal gains are more valued than patriotic fervour. Luxurious life-style limped their spirit. They should learn from our Army Jawans about fighting spirit and the meaning of "PATRIOTISM". They gifted victories to Bharathamatha, while fighting with enemies in jungles, un-surmountable ravines in un-predictable climatic conditions. Have we ever remembered their services, as we lifted cricketers to sky ?

Absolutely, Indian players have become self-centered, thanks to coach Greg Chappell, who has divided the team so smoothly.

Cud u believe, that the world's richest cricket board, expensive players and with a population of 100 crores, still we can't manage to produce a team of 11 dedicated players.

Indian cricket team lack team spirit, killer instinct and never say die attitude. They give up so easily, whenever under pressure.

A team of legends, still we fail to proceed to atleast to the next level...................................... disgusting.
