Because there is not much of a relationship between the two. You get the orange box if you spend too much time on Y!A; you get suspended if Y!A thinks you are doing naughty, naughty things.
The only relationship the two events have is that they both seem to contain a substantial component of randomness.

My friend has a suspended account that they keep sending her "you got the best answer" emails for. Sheesh. And then they tell her to do the woohoo dance. I think the yahooers are nuts sometimes.
