I run an internet monitor at work in the IT department. Its a never ending cycle to block proxys. as soon as i block one, two more are published. Here are some of the popular ones that i have blocked.

basicly, just go to google and search internet proxy. two more are added every week.

Also, try adding a "s" (ie https//www.) before the proxy URL if the proxy is blocked too.
