It was the same thing for me. I personally think in my own instance it was because at 22 I was still in college and in some ways sheltered from the real world. But by the time I turned 23 I had a year of real world experience, working 40 hours plus a week trying to make ends meet, suffered a major heartbreak, and realized the world wasn't always roses and sunshine. I felt alot wiser at 23 though for some reason. I think with each passing year we tell ourselves that we know more, that this year is going to be different, but yet we know how to handle bumps in the road of life easier because we have more experience.

Im gonna find out in about 10 months. For some reason it seems like its gonna feel different. Sort of like youre really and adult you know? Its the age that you stop saying "I wish I was a little older."

is it better or worse than 22? either way enjoy is honey, wait til you turn 37, thats way different. my son who was having an issue with a teacher at school, came home upset 1 day said he just felt like this teacher didnt like him, he was grouchy all the time, i asked him if he was old, he said "yeah hes about 40"!!!!! ouch, goes to show, when your young 40 seems old, but when you get older, it doesnt seem old. to me, you are in the prime of your life , be careful, but enjoy it, youll never get it back.

I don't know, but I didn't like it.
I 24 now, I'll be 25 in may.
Every time someones like "I'm 18" or even 19 & 20, I catch myself thinking that there so young.
It's like there still children.

first of all psychology...
the fact that u think that u have grown one more year makes a difference...
moreover with the passage of time your body undergoes many changes which are also responsible for such type of changes...
its normal..
i hv also felt the same.
