its 62 F outside. and it says it feels like 62 F outside. and winds are at 4 mph.
is it too cold to go to the beach and just lay out. its been in the 70s all week, except for today...and i figured if im not standing up..and im just laying out under the sun..it wouldnt feel to cold or anything...
do you think its too cold to be laying out today?

It is too cold to lay out. Wait until at least 72.

If the sun is out and is very strong today and you just lay under it.. it may not be a problem. I would say that's too cold for me. But it's just a matter of what kinds of temperatures your body can handle. It's always windier on the beach so..take that into account.

I LOVE the beach, but it's too cold to go, wait till it hits 70, because remember it's colder by the water!

wait until it`s about 70-73 degrees.
