I wouldn't attempt to move her but I would go up to her and ask if she was alright and if she needed help. If she did, I'd call 911 and get them to help her. I'm not a doctor so I wouldn't try to do anything a doctor would be able to do a lot better than I could.

Well I wouldn't attempt to help her up in case something is broken or whatever. But I wouldn't just stand there and gawk. I'd call for help.

Poke it with a stick to see if it moves.
Check to see if it is a man in drag who wants to mug me.
And if it passes both points above,
Ask the nearest person to help them up.

I would help her...no really...i would.
I'm looking forward to when I'm an OAP, to go to a restaraunt with all my family, leaning forward to my 40 yr old son and saying "I've messed my pants". ITS YOUR PROBLEM NOW!!! LOL

I'd defintly approach her and ask her what the problem was, even if everyone else was walking straight past.

I'd try to help her up. If she has a broken hip, then I'd call 911!
