No actually how there is 1MB charge if download then.....if I am not downloading then.

hi, I'm also using bsnl broad band. It is the best internet connexion available. For Rs.250/- 1MB. others like Reliance,Airtel and VSNL will give you unlimited for Rs.500/-[for both+taxes]. But nowadays speed is more important.Only when the speed is good,you can use Flash or download movies.JUST BROWSING itself is known as DOWNLOAD and sending mails[datas] as uploads.Both added together should not be more than 1MB. BSNL is almost 6 to 10 times faster than any other network. I'm using 250 scheme and it is sufficient for me. Go for it. If your need is more, change to
500 scheme. In a post I found that for 250 scheme,night surfing is
free. It's wrong. It applies only to 500 scheme and the free timing
is correct.

Man I pay like hell every month and need to shift to a night free plan. (There is a limit of 1 GB download + upload with no night unlimited in Home 250 plan and beyond that you gonna pay bad).

No u con't Use 24hours.BSNL charges 1.50 per MB.
