My most memorable occasion was going to the wondering island of Jersey and marrying the man I love. We went to a registry office and told very few people at home until we got back. After the wedding we went to a lovely restaurant where we had caesar salad and Champagne. Even though it was the 1st April the sun shone all day and when we returned to our hotel one of the guests at dinner asked us had we done anything exciting for the day and I said we got married and there was great celebration. I will never forget it.

Cradling my daughter in my arms for the first time and seeing how much like my mum her facial features were. Amongst all the hundreds of other memorable occasions tumbling around in my mind that one is the least forgettable.

First time i was with a woman, went to a shower, was wearing cute little dress, tan seemless Wolfords. 3 inch white ankle strap pumps. All the girls were getting kinda giggly, went to the bedroom to get my coat, felt a pair of hands go up my behind, freaked initially, was my friends sister, the one getting married.

Meeting David Tennant and asking him a question on the Friday Night Project. It was hilarious. And watching me and him on the telly talking the day after was fantastic.

The first rock concert I took my daughter to.......at the time she was 14 now she is 16......and we try to go to shows as much as we can.......
But at the first we were standing close to the front of the stage... she looked at me and said she wanted to crowd surf... I remember my first time and I loved it and I felt warm and fuzzy inside because at that time I realized that we were more a like then ever.

I've got lots but at the moment it was when my boyfriend first kissed me, we've been going out for 6 months now and we were in a bar and everything was going really well that night with him and when I was talking he just kissed me! And then he said that he'd been wanting to do that all night! I was really chuffed.

The birth of my two children and the first time I met my little sisters. We were given up as babies, so this event was equal to my kids being born.

most will say when child was born or wedding day these are memorable to me also but my one abiding memory is when i backed the winner aldeniti in the grand national!

Our tenth anniversary spent in a real castle in Scotland.
Edit: of course marraige and children, but there was something magical about the castle in Inverness.
