I would go with a brown tank and brown flip flops.

Pink or Orange is suitable for this type of matter. It stands out against the dark olive making them blend together. If you don't perfer those colors go with something simple like dark blue to camoflouge the look.

Light blue, coral or any version of the pinky/peach family, yellow, tan, chocolate brown, white, or greys would be top on the list - or if you wanted to wear green with it, I'd go with a lighter version of the green, but make sure it has brown tones.

khaki brown/tan, light green. May be able to get away with the right shade of red. White or black. Yellow. NOT blue, and may be too much with dark green.
