they are easy to find over in Thailand
many of them are in one little section of cities and some cities all over the place to find them ask a local when you get there
but if you go there for sex you should wear a condom
as many are sex workers
and you can never be to careful with STDs

You can expect to come home with a life threatening STD if you go there and are turned on by not using condoms. You need to look up the HIV statistics for prostitutes in Thailand.
