I'd say the best ones would be The Chariot, Glass Casket, and Prayer for Cleansing. I wouldn't even call them "Christian Rock" bands, just rock bands that play solid music and happen to have christian/uplifting lyrics.

I really like Stryper. The lead singer Michael Sweet can hit some seriously high notes. And they rock out pretty hard.

I was going to say Stryper because thats the only one I know but Jesse and the Rippers is super funny. So I 'm going along with John "blackie" Stamos and vote for his band.
