Generally none. My wife was gestational 3 times out of 4 and it had no effect on the baby.
And unlike the suggestione by other people that it causes larger babies, that was untrue in my wifes case. In fact the largest baby she had was the one she had where she was not gestational. My younger daughter was 9 lbs. Those that were gestational were normal weight 5 to 6 pounds.

I had gestational diabetes with my son. It was no big deal, i just watched my diet and checked my blood every day. My son was born a week late and weighed 6 lbs 11 oz. I did plenty of research on this while i was pregnant and there are no effects on the baby. My baby personally was fine and my diabetes disappeared as soon as i gave birth. I am not overweight at all and diabetes does not run in family either.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

It's bigger than other babies, usually. Other than that, if you eat healthily and according to the guidlines your doctor will set out if you have gestational diabetes, the baby will be fine.

Through the umbilical cord, it attaches to the baby's tummy, everything that the Mommy eats go into the cord and into the baby's tummy. That's why we have belly buttons!

if untreated, you will most likely have a larger baby. you doctor should be telling you how to eat and exercise to help with this.
