I am not looking a job? I jt wanted to get the pulse of job seekers. The most qualified for the job does not necessarily get the job!

I have always been told that job requirements are what their ideal candidate would look like. I got my job with 6 months exp. and they wanted 2 years. Don't be scared off when some one puts excessive job requirements chances are the company won't find that person or a person what that much experiences could get a better job than that.

They want to find the "best" qualified person from the job. The more things a candidate has on the list, the better the chances of a reliable employee.
