I have heard about way more lawyers having affairs with secretaries than with their clients.
Depending on the nature of the case, you can get into a lot of trouble for making it with a client.

This isn't an inconguity. Lawyers owe a fiduciary duty to clients, not towards their secretaries. Thus, by having an affair with an administrative assistant no duty is breached. Perhaps an internal work policy or personal rule of ethics, but none enforced by the bar association.

It is doubtful that the company or firm will believe if a client claims to have had sex with the lawyer whereas a coemployee is more dangerous, plus they see the secretaries more so it would be awkward.

I resent your totally uninformed lie! I am a legal secretary/assistant and have worked in the legal field for 25 years and not once in my entire career have I seen or heard of this happening.
Perhaps it does, but the percentage is so low there probably isn't even a statistic one on it! What an idiodic thing to say!!!

Hmmm. Sounds like you have it in for attorneys. The vast majority are smart enough not to be involved with either.
I was fortunate enough to meet my wife through a lawsuit in which she was a witness. We started seeing each other after the case was over.

You are assuming their secretaries are hot. Anyway, if lawyers are sleeping with clients, they need to find a better outlet.
