Now this depends on what was said. Also depends on the state you are in. Mostly, if it is just someone making fun and it is just words, just ignore them. Don't allow the person to feed off of the reaction they are getting. A lot of times people are just being stupid and trying to get attention. As far as I know, pressing charges on a 12 year old is hard. Good Luck!

Is it geting bad? If so, then pry yes....but I think tat there are better ways to fix the problem. The parents should have a conversation.
