in which trimester of pregnancy,gestational diabetes is tested.?

by the end of the second begining of third...that's when gestational diabetes would normally start, even if you have family history of diabetes. (thats what they told me in my first trimester when i told them i would have it, and i did, in my third trimester)

between 24 - 28 weeks they will give you a sugar drink. They will then take your blood 1 hour later to test for gestational diabetes.

You will be tested in the third trimester. I just had my test done at 28 weeks (7 months).

I had mine at 27 weeks. I was told between 26-28 weeks. So end of 2nd, beginning of third. I'm sure there are special cases that need to be looked at anytime during the pregnancy.
