ive been a guitarist for 2 years. ive just bought a bottleneck, has anyone got advice on beginers slide guitar

any tips and techniques would be helpful (any personal experience) and any websites i could use. thanx

A bottleneck as in slide? I don't have much advice to offer, but to learn new tuning. It seems like playing slide works MUCH much better if you have an open tuning; open G seems very popular. Good luck, and cheers.
