While symptoms vary greatly from one woman to another, here are some common, possible signs of pregnancy:

Changes to your breasts. Tenderness and enlargement can occur as early as a week after conception. You also may notice the areolas, or rings around your nipples, darken and veins become more visible.

Nausea and vomiting. Morning sickness can occur anytime of the day or night and may begin one or two weeks after conception.

Fatigue. While this is common in the first weeks, it often continues into your first trimester and may last throughout your pregnancy.

Slight spotting or cramping.

Frequent urination. You may feel the need to use the bathroom more often about six to eight weeks after conception, as your uterus puts pressure on your bladder.

Other symptoms may include: constipation, elevated body temperature, headaches, dizziness, backaches, lower abdominal cramps, excessive salivation, heartburn and food cravings.

Just call your local Planned ParentHood and they can test you for a small fee or free depending on your income.

Well if you are having morning sickness or sensitive to smells this is possible. As well as your breast might be a little more tender or your nipples might be slightly darker. Also it's a good idea to tract your period for future refrence. typically you should wait 2 days after to take a home pregnancy test. And if it turns out negative you aren't in the clear yet you should wait 7 more days and then take a test and call your DR. also for most ladies they just know when they are pregnant. Morning sickness doesn't normally show up right after conception. You might be a little more emotional that normal as well. I'd say all your dr. ASAP if you think you are pregnant.

Well your first clue would be a missed period. Other typical "symptoms" of pregnany vary from individual to individual. If you suspect you might be pregnant, you really should see a doctor. If you want to have a healthy baby you are going to need to get medical care during your pregnancy. If this is an unplanned or unwanted pregnancy, you need to dicuss your options with a doctor.

Search Pregnancy symtoms on yahoo answers or any other search engine and start reading. Also WebMD.com would be more qualified to answer those questions.

But seriously take a test.

No, the only way to tell for sure is to take a home pregnancy test.

I assure that the only way you will know for sure is if you take a test. But, since you asked, swollen breasts, exhaustion, mood swings, sudden increase or decrease appetite, etc....the usual pregnancy signs.

nausea, missed period, breast tenderness/growth, just "feeling pregnant"

but it is best to just take a test because you could be pregnant with no signs, or have all the signs and not be pregnant.
