why cant i open the run command??

Question

Im using the run command daily but now
i cant use it. Does anyone knows the solution in solving this?
When i try to open the run command, it says...

"The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect
of this computer."

Im using windows xp, and always using the administrator
account.

Try creating a new user with administrator privaledges, and see if you can use it then.

If you still can't, then perhaps you still have the virus - Do a full virus scan with a scanner of your choice (I recommend AVG Free), then do a full scan with Ad-aware Personal (Found at http://www.download.com/3000-2144-100459... , be sure to download the latest definitions).
