Maybe if you were nicer to it. If you can not ctrl+alt+del then unplug it. Wait a couple of minutes the plug it back in and restart your computer. Press durning the boot up and enter safe mode. Uninstall any programs that you installed right before this happened. If you installed hardware then uninstall it as well. Reboot and you should be okay. If this does not help then we will need more info to try to narrow down your problem.

If it is not responding while in Windows try pressing
CTRL + ALT + DEL
task manager will pop up in a while if your computer is running slow. It will show the applications you are running, if any of them say not responding right click it then click go to process then click end process.

Ctrl + Alt + Del
Task manager >> Program not responding >> Right click >> Go to process >> End Process >> Yes

There you go. Hope this works.

Norma when you have a problem please give as much detail as you can. pc not responding does not tell us what happens when you boot up or what it does not respond to

That's a pretty vague question. What's not responding? Does it turn on?

Very poor question. More details are needed for a better answer.
