I think that this will be a great game. Roy Hibbert isnt as strong as Greg Oden but they are two of the best big guys in college basketball. Greg Oden played the first 3 games of the tournament without someone to post up on. Lastt game look at his numbers when he did have a big guy to post up on a take to the hole. He will do the same thing to Hibbert but this wont be the difference, the differencemaker is going to be Mike Conley Jr. with his press breaking abilities and his amazing ball control even in traffic. He will have noone that can match up with him in the Hoya lineup. He will have a greta game along with Oden and the buckeyes will win by 12.

Im adding this on for the guy who posted right before me... What do you mean more mental toughness??? Did you not see OSU come back from 20 down to beat Tennesse? What about the 9 point defecit with a little over 2 minutes remaining against Xavier? Both of these comebacks were far better than the Hoyas comeback over NC... So how does that mean the Hoyas have better Mental toughness????

I think Roy Hibbert will expose Greg Oden. Oden has been overhyped the whole season. When OSU went up against Florida with a legit center, Oden disappeared (7 pts, 6 rebs). Oden should stay in college and work on his offensive game.

I think that Oden will probably get the better of the match up. For only one reason, Conley. Even if all the players were equal everywhere else, he's the difference maker. I wasn't a big fan of him before the last 3 games the Buckeyes played, but, he sure does know how to manage a game and execute a game plan. He is far and away the better of the Hoyas back-court, hands down.

When Florida played Ohio State earlier this year (and crushed them), Noah didn't guard Oden. I thought he might, and I was looking forward to the matchup, but Donovan had other ideas.

Hibbert and Oden isn't exactly Ralph Sampson vs. Patrick Ewing (THAT was an amazing regular season matchup) or Ewing vs. Olajuwon (1984, for the national title), but it's excellent nonetheless.

Hope both guys can stay out of foul trouble and stay on the floor!

It will be fun to watch!

Awesome! This is why I picked Georgetown to win it all--they are one of two teams that can match up well with Ohio State, the other one being Florida. I agree the Ohio State perimeter game is good, but Georgetown has way more mental toughness and that comeback vs UNC proved it. The Hibbert-Oden matchup WILL be the key to the game because whoever plays better will open up the rest of the court for their team.

Believe it or not, even though Oden gets all of the press, I think that Hibbert will be the better nba player. His combination of size and athletic ability reminds me of Amare Stoudamire. Oden will be good, but i think he's a little bit overrated. I have no ties to either team, so this is an unbiased statement.

This is gonna be an amazing matchup! They are the best big men in the NCAA, so they should balance each other out. Everyone will hype up this matchup as the "Key to the Game", but because they are so even, the perimeter players will decide the game. Ohio State has the edge there, so the Buckeyes will win in a very close game!

I think Hibbert has a chance to dominate for two reasons. One, he has a better chance of staying out of foul trouble. Two, he destroyed Aaron Gray of Pitt in the Big East championships less than three weeks ago. That said, I don't think Butler, Lewis, and Conley will let Ohio State lose on Saturday.

I actually think it will turn out to be a very even matchup statistically unless one of them gets in foul trouble. It will be a wash. Conley will need to dominate again.
