I think I would just remove him from my life... and move on and live for the future... and I am assuming you are Christian or something similar... since you pointed out that him being an athiest is a problem - which in case, you would believe... that God will punish him as needed when the time comes, that is not your job or burden. Unless it is something illegal that you can have him thrown in jail for.... I would just sever all ties.

Ignore him and stay out of his life if he really is truly terrible. No reason to keep someone in your life that makes you miserable. But you should keep him in your prayers in hopes that he realizes his mistakes and attempts to one day mend his ways.

i dont know, but the woman who puts up with a bad father's bull$hit all the time and does nothing about it until its too late should be punished also.

well....dats an interesting ques.....theres 1 thing u can do.....when he is at his worst...give him a real tight bear hug and tell him dat u care....do this everytime he behaves rudely.....tell me that u believe that he can change...and belive me...with due coarse of time...he will....u may hate my ans but .....as u ponder u will understand me better....
