Birth certificate? Why would any one carry a birth certificate with them if they also had a drivers license.
Thinking about it, I come up with just two answers. 1) to prove that you are not an illegal alien and 2) that you were actually born.
What's your reason?

FIRST!!! Cancel your credit cards and have them re-issued.
Second, contact the credit reporting agencies for your country (here in Canada it is Equifax and Transunion). You can have a "flag" put on your file, which basically means that any time someone applies for credit with your information, you will be contacted to verify it was actually you.
Third, conact all the other places that you had id for and have the cards re-issued, with new numbers, if possible.

Notify police to file a report should someone try to steal id. Notify credit bureau, cancel all credit cards, notify bank cause probably bank card in there too, and notify SSN office.

you have to start all over again with the birth certificate, then work on the ss office, and finally the driver's license office.

First report it stolen, then start all over again. Don't feel bad I lost my checkbook, debit drivers license, Social Security card too! And the killer part about it is, i was totally sober.
