I am not sure if I had a miscarriage or chemical pregnancy..Has anyone been through it that can help??
I was 7 days late for my period, I am usually never late, I am 28-30 days on target...I had all the symptons, but tested 3 times, and was negative.
Two days ago, I had horrible cramps (which I never have normally either) then I started bleeding. I did not think much about it, but when my hubby and I had sex Sat. night, I bled very heavily, and when in the shower after word, I noticed a piece of something in the water, it did not go down the drain as typically blood would...it was a small (navy bean size) red hard ball looking thing, attached to a pink about 1/2 inch ling stringy thing. There it was also attched to a smaller red ball with a smaller pink little cord.
I freaked, because I have never seen that.
Does anyone know what that might have been? Was that tissue?? I feel silly even asking, but I know it was something.
I have an appt tomorrow with my OB.

My sympathies, Tracy. You've had a miscarriage.

I remember the exact same thing happening to me, only I knew at the time that I was pregnant. What I passed resembled more of a lima bean than a navy bean, but in every other respect, we could have written the same story.

The good news is, and your doctor will probably tell you this, you've passed what you needed to so you don't have to compound your grief by having a D & C or by taking Methergyn to help you pass everything. Your body's doing what it should.

I wish you well. Good luck at the OBs.

I had a chemical pregnancy and miscarried a week after the p/t was a slight positive. I had terrible cramps, not like normal... It was like being constipated x100! I bled ALOT too but could not bear to look at the tissue. I know that with most chemical preg's, that the p/t is a slight positive. Glad you are going to your doctor. Best wishes!~

Hunny by the sounds of it Yes you did have a miscarriage and that hard clump was probably the fetus. I myself lost two and the pain is almost unbearable. The good thing is that your body rejected it on its own. Yes go see your OB. She will tell you to rest and No tampons. and never feel silly about it. it is a natural part of our bodies. if you have never experienced this before then of course you would have no idea whats happening. So Sorry to hear of your loss. and I hope that you recover soon.

Sorry sweetie it sounds like you had a miscarriage. That is what happend to me only it was bigger because I was two months along. It seems like it passed on its own so you will not need a D&C to get everything out (which is good). If this is infact true I am deeply sorry for you, But as long as your body heals and stays normal you can begin trying again in a month or two.

I have had a miscarriage. I say no you didn't. First of all if you were pregnant that stick would have said positive. You never get a false reading when you have a high level of HcG in your urine. It could very well had been a cyst that came from your ovary. Very common in women. And your bleeding would have been normal for a period not heavy as you weren't far enough to have the uterus swell enough to be gorged.

Its fairly common to be pregnant and not know it and lose it during your period...I would say that sounds like a miscarriage. It sounds strange a hard piece...because its mostly tissue. Best thing would have been to save it for the Dr ( I know it sounds gross)

I think you might have had a miscariage yes. that sort of thing happened to my mom actually.. she had to pee and there they were tiny round balls.. they ddint look like anything really, but they were. I think maybe you should go to a doctor as soon as you can and find out what is going on. I dont think u should alarmed..just go get checked out.
