Some of them just are not necessary nor are they needed. They cause undue stress and pain upon the children of these failed marriages, they should be outlawed and allowed to be maimed, killed, mutilated and otherwise destroyed.

You've got some Q's today that I have no idea how to answer. Killing, even in these cases is wrong. Restraining orders and following them if they ever are in violation would be a softer, more reasonable solution. Continued violations can lead to jail time for them.
