We wish you a healthy baby! Sounds like it won't be long now.
Are you able to time your contractions at all? Are you finding yourself to be irritable emotional or somewhat irrational? That's the phase that comes just before the delivery stage. Now is the time to be checked. ASAP. Feeling like you're pushing out a big BM is EXACTLY what the pushing feels like. It is possible to go from 0-10 in a couple of hours. Some babies come slow, and others pop right out. Mom of 5 (My #4's labor started when I was 5cm dialated - she was out and crying in 55 min.)

First off congrats. The last 4 weeks of pregnancy or by far the most uncomfortable and it is completely normal to constantly feel as if you need to use the restroom due to added pressure on your bladder. It is also normal for your stomach to feel tight because your uterus is enlarged and your skin is stretched. As far as the other symptoms you are experiencing they vary for every pregnant woman. It seems as though you are experiencing early signs of labor. I would recommend that you call your doctors office and explain what is going on and they will probably want to see you to make sure that everything is going as it should. Good luck.

If you are throwing up and having loose stools, call your doctor and tell about it (don't say you are in labor, but rather stress on that you are throwing up and your belly is hard most or all of the time), especially if you cannot keep much water down. You are risking dehydrating yourself and harm the baby.
They must send you to ER or doctor's office to check your electrolites and make sure baby is not stressed.
Good luck

I would go in & NOW. Those sound like sure signs of labor to me especially if you are 100% effaced. Feeling like you need to go to the bathroom is a sign of getting ready to push. I would go in & be checked out, even if they tell you no on the phone. Better safe than sorry.

I would still go to the hospital no matter what the doctor says.
You feel like you need to go to the bathroom because the baby is putting pressure down there.

Go to the hospital and make sure that everything is fine. If they send you home at least you know that everything is okay. I was always at the hopstial or calling them when I was that far along. Good luck and congrats on baby :)

Those all sound like the things associated with labor. I would go in just to get checked. Better safe than sorry.
