My wife developed a "friendship" with a man about a decade ago. I objected alot, but she said men and women can be friends. I watched helplessly as she grew closer to him, and finally when I challenged her on it, she left me to continue her affair. They had to be honest then, they were out in the open. (It didn't work out, and she returned to me, tail between her legs and all).

I knew it was going on they kept telling me friendship.
Friend saw him buy diamond earrings a Christmas, thought they were for me. Called and said it was about time he got me something nice. I did not get them , so I went looking for receipt , which I found. Confronted him. He told me 5 lies in 5 minutes. He Moved out two days later. Iciing on the cake is he was and still is going with my younger sister. (18 years younger this could have been his daughter) Still just f******friends and it has been 4 years .

She didn't know anything about me either. What sucked the most is everything we had together went to her like our cars oh well I got the best part of our relationship my kids.

that's his strikes and behaviors, he has unfastened will purely like all and sundry else on the planet, I blamed him. I additionally do not excuse the married woman he had the affair with, or his mothers and dads for raising such an immoral individual, yet I additionally blame the Catholic Church, they allowed the divorce, and granted him an annulment, regardless of his having an affair with a married woman, he's permitted to get married returned in the Catholic Church and harm yet another life. He gets the blame, yet that doesn't mean the others are so harmless too. His mothers and dads raised him that mendacity grew to become into allowed, and cheating grew to become into allowed, and his church raised him to be the abuser he's. i think of God holds us all to blame for our strikes and behaviors, yet he holds human beings to blame for what they don't do too. God is going to hold the Diocese of Dallas to blame for this divorce and annulment, they are purely as to blame.

My son came home and found him leaving my home with another woman. It turned out to be his mistress. Yes, I confronted him and yes he was honest with me. He had no choice, he had been caught in the act.

I bugged the house.
The idiot had the nerve to tell me that he was relieved that what he was doing was out in the open.
I am the one who is relieved now - of 180 lbs of dysfunction - LOL!!!

i know i was snooping but how else was i supposed to figure it out. i was looking at his cellphone bill, and i saw her number... i knew her number because i was friends with her like 5 years before, and i still had it in my phone. i was suspicious because... i just was... they worked together. so i saw the number on his cellphone bill, called her, asked her, she told me the truth. confronted him... he said "oh thats my cousin". he lied straight to my face. i was devastated! i walked out, and left. apparently she called him and told him i called her.. because he called apologizing for lying and everything. i stayed with him at the time, however we arent together anymore.

To tell the truth, I didn't know it until just now. Though my husband has been dead 18 years, I would still like to know what you have discovered.
