There was a movie, back in the 80's, with Burt Reynolds and I can't remember the name of it or what it was about. There was a scene though, that struck me forever.
He's standing in a park, talking to a woman, and they're watching a little kid walking along the top of a fence, like a tight rope. She's freaked out that he's going to fall when he turns to her and says; "Do you know when that little kid is going to fall off that fence?", she says "no", he says; "The day someone tells him that you can't walk along the top of a fence without falling". Ignorance is bliss :)

Yeah gotta love the ones with NO faith in you at all.. I love to prove them wrong, and if it was something I didnt think I could do in the first place, it makes me try even harder to get it done.. and yeah then I nicely have to let them know... Yes I did it and what do you have to say now??

Yes I do hate it. I went back to college late in life, and nobody thought I would graduate. I did, and felt super.
