He was a great person,kind an respectfull,religious a all around great person He wont go to hell because he killed himself will he??? even tho he was very religious an had god in is heart always.....Im confused on this please help????Why did he do this to himself?I know he only knows that but i still wish i could understand better!Help me if you can i need some better understanding than what i have.

I dont beleive he will go to hell thats not my belief i should make that more clear im askin because people are saying he will go to hell even tho he was a good person an its very upsetting to hear for me i want others thoughts to help me threw so thankz for that....

I'm sorry to hear of the loss of your friend. Unfortunately not everyone handles the problems they have in life well. There are a lot of people that when depressed think of the "easy way" out. They don't think of all the people that will grieve their loss. It's unfortunate that people don't focus more on the good things in their lives and appreciate what they have instead of focussing on what they don't have. I don't know if there is a heaven or hell. In my opinion, you're friend is probably more at peace in death than he was in life. I hope you keep your friend alive in your heart and that will ensure that you will live your life to the fullest in your friend's honour and memory. May your friend by fully in peace.

In 2002, I went thru the same exact thing. I had some1 near and dear to me kill himself. He left behind his little girl and lots of people that love him still. I was the last person he called before he did it too. I believe that God loves us all, and if we are not bad people, we will be by his side in the end. I was brought up believing that from the moment you are conceived, God has a plan for u. What school u attend, the people u meet, how and when we die. How are we to know that isn't the plan God had for our friends? U have to believe he loves us enough to forgive us for our sins. Hope u feel better.

I don't know why people think that suicides would go to hell. If you believe that God is a loving God, then would he really take someone that was in enough pain to commit suicide and send them to hell? I doubt it.

Well nodody but him knows what happen for him to do this. But you should just cherish the memories you and him had. And make a memorial for him if he had lots of friends and have everybody say something about him and make sure that everybody mmoves on with his and her lives. And remember one thing Life goes on and it doesn't stop or wait on anybody or anything. SO I am sorry for you and your friend's loss.

i know that in lots of movies if ppl commite suicide they can't have a church funeral. i was also told they they can't go to heaven-they go to purgetory (but i guess that is up to God to decide..)

well since i dont know your friend, i cant very much tell you why he killed himself but most likely because he wasn't happy with his life and felt it wasn't worth living. i feel that way sometimes but hey, im a teenager what am i supposed to feel?
