Define a chastite girl from your perspective?

I think it is not necessary for her not to have had sexual contact. It's more important that these contacts were manifestation of true love.

I assume you mean chastity girl. Chastity, in many religious and cultural contexts, is a virtue concerning the state of purity of the mind and body. The term is most often associated with refraining from sexual intimacy, especially outside of marriage. Chastity is often taken to be synonymous with virginity or abstention from all sexual activity; however, some consider sexually active married couples to be chaste if they have relations only with each other.

I would consider a chastity girl one who chooses the moral route of remaining abstinent from sexual intimacy, probably until marriage.

My daughter is one of the finest examples of a chastity girl I know. When she was a preteen, she made a True Love Waits vow to God that she would wait until marriage before becoming sexually intimate. Though many make the vow because they are led to in a youth group, she made it because she is a firm believer in waiting until God will honor her choice within marriage. She knows how I got married at 17, had her a year and two days later, and had my third child by 21. She also knows the struggles I have gone through to find my own identity and to pursue my own dreams while trying to raise children. She does not want to face the tremendous pain and heartaches I have suffered. Instead, she wants to finish college (she's a sophomore) and get her own life situated first before even beginning to date. She is very social and goes out in coed groups instead of dating. She goes out as friends and keeps it that way so there's no pressure to take a relationship into the physical realm. By not putting herself into a situation where temptation will be overwhelming, she shows great wisdom in following her religious and moral convictions.


Of course, there is one famous girl named Chastity in the comics who dresses and acts like she is less than chaste. I would recommend her as the opposite of a chastity girl.
