Good for him, get him started early. Go to the arena and get some info if you have questions.

That's great to hear, and Pinecrest arena is really nice!
What I would recommend is definately going to the Arena and getting info from them about their hockey programs they have (however the Ottawa Guide isnt out yet for Fall 2007/Winter 2008 yet so they may not know just yet)
But you can also get the info on the City of Ottawa website

Awesome! Wish him luck for me. Make sure he keeps in shape this summer. Get him on the ice as much as you can be it open skate or pick up hockey. Have him exercise daily (running, crunches, push ups, swimming). And make sure he stretches often. And tell him to remember: Have Fun!!
