No, the $$$$ from his estate is still being fought over in the courts. If the case wins Dannielynn will be entitled to it. Mr Marshall's son passed away also.

The case is still in litigation. After all, $1.6 billion is no chump change. From the last I read, Anna Nicole Smith's daughter could end up with $400 million dollars in settlement. Yet the sticking point for Smith's daughter is that the billionaire J. Howard Marshall II never include Anna Nicole in his will. The argument is more about that she was married to him, thus deserves the money.
