I fought {8 yrs} for my social security disability . I was fully insured and was told it expired. I investigated and found an article that said you are insured for life. Is this true? I am now only getting ssi and I am due for a review this year.

You should be fully insured. The truth of the matter is the federal government is running out of funds to give. You should speak the agency and get in contract. If you qualifiy you should get benifets.

You will have to make this question clearer...Edit your question....Fully insured with whom?? Who told you it expired??Where did you find this article that said you are insured for life and who has you insured for life???

If you're due for review, that means it's not for life. (otherwise they wouldn't have a review)
