depends... with my skirts if they are dressy then heels or if they are jean or whateva most of the time sneakers , or flip flops if I wanna wear those. for the short usually its sneakers or flip flops depends on where I'm going and what I'll be doing that decides what shoes i wear.

i think heels are better to wear with shorts, the dressy kind that came out i dont know how long ago.
if you mean denim skirts or shorts, then flip flops cause i think heels will make you look kinda trashy/slutty. sneakers are fine with them too if you're into that kind of look.

i think that it really is better to wear skirts and shorts with heels or flipflops, sneakers and skirts just don't look good together but it really depends on the skirt actually but skirts look better with heels or flipflops =]

It really depends on the skirt and/or occation. Heels are good for work, evening out, anything more formal. Flip flops are good day wear. Reserve sneakers for the gym.

it depends if your gonna do shorts and sneakers make sure its an athletic outfit ,
if your gonna do a skirt w/ sneakers its very ahrd to pull of , you would have to go with like pumas or a sneaker like that and a tennis skirt with a polo and pony tail could be done ,
now if your gonna do heels it also depends ,
if your gonna go w/ shorts an da heel i would reccomens a cute summmery wedge or heeled Espadrille s with a wedge , if your gonna dress up a pair of shorts with a pretty blouse and hells make sure there an intresting fabric or pattern like a hounds tooth or even a a slight plaid like a dress pant , those look great with peep toe pumps ,
when it comes to skirts it matters on the length if your going for a short skirt or a very billowing peasen skirt, wedges or espadrilles are best , a nice dressy pencil skirt lloks great with peep toe puymps or pointed toe pumps , also a classic round toe pump is very cute if you can pull it off .
now as far as flip flops they go with everyhting , a classic pair of rubber or foam ones are great but a nice leather pair is also a must becuse you can dress those up , and never forget your berkinstocks .
