I am interested in pursuing an advaned degree from Oxford in England. What are my chances in getting in when I already hold an advanced from the United States?

That very much depends on your grades, what subject you want to study and whether you can afford it! Oxford is very demanding academically so you'll need some very impressive numbers to get on any of their masters courses

You need to prove that you're capable and that you have enough money to pay tuition and support yourself.

Having a degree from any old American University doesn't matter. If it's a very good degree from a very good University, then you have a good chance. But already having a masters makes no difference.

Recently they've tightened up foreign admissions (because some corruption was found out and they need to restore their reputation). So you've got to be considered "the best of the best of the best" to get in.
