the money tree won't kill your child but it won't do him/her any good, they would get an upset stomach and probably be sick.
Gardner for 30 odd yrs.

I don't know if they are poisonous but, if I ever get a money tree and i find a kid trying to eat it, they will die.

don't know for sure, but when I was a kid I was told never to touch them,, unfornately, where I come from anyway, they are indooor plants so its difficult to keep little ones away. To be sure put the plant somewhere were the kids can;t reach. They have got nice juicy leaves and could well attract a child

No I don;t think so. You'll have to find another way to get rid of the brats.
