It's not on the new album (Chemically Imbalanced),and it isn't catogorised under any of their other albums,so i'm guessing it's off a mixtape.sorry I couldn't be any more help.

I think the song your thinking about is call "Whats happening" by the ying yang twinz...its a couple years old. But in the chorus the say "Boom its on"
