ITS just a process as baby is growing. CUT the smell with vinigar and water.JUST three tablespoons in a quart of warm water and just pour over area. I WOULDnt put it in side the birth canal area.

It shouldn't be smelling any different than before. Please check with your ob/gyn to make sure you don't have an infection, which could be very dangerous if not treated for the baby.
Normal washing and drying every day should leave you just as clean as before you got pregnant.

You may have bacterial vaginosis. It is common during pregnancy. You will need antibiotics if this is the case.
