my phone got taken a way from scertey and thay said that they wil give it back end the day i said ok then miss kelly the thick heand person the princble and now i cant get it and my mom knows and now she mad becuz she has to go to school and now she going to curise at here and i dont know if i will get it back or i should bring it back to school?

You will get it back, if your mom goes in there and demands it. However, if cell phones aren't allowed at school, I suggest you don't bring it anymore or you leave it in your locker or backpack and don't take it out during the day, or else it is just going to get confiscated again. Also, try to see if you can talk to your mom and convince her not to curse at the principal, because she will really make things miserable for you at school if the principal associates you with a woman who went off on her. I think your mom going into the school, asking calmly and rationally for your cell phone back, and promising on your behalf that the problem won't happen again should be sufficient.

I had my tamagotchi taken by the principal when I was in school (this was a few years ago and before cell phones) and my mom went up there and calmly demanded that they give it to her, which they did. I have little doubt that your mother will succeed as well. But next time, make sure you've got it off during school. That way they won't know it's there. ;)

that happened to my sister. When our mom went to the school raised all kinds of hell. it was funny. Then when she came home she got grounded from her cell phone for a week maybe more I can't remember. She never took it back to school. This might happen to you. I don't know.
