Okay, i'm trying to decide what to have for lunch today, I decided to treat myself to going out, and should I have a salad, or a sandwich, and no, I can't have both...my tummy can't handle both. =) What would you have???

Salad. It will keep you awake longer because of the fresh-oriented things in it.

I would have a smaller salad and a half a sandwich. But use whole wheat bread instead of white. Then you can have both. Good Luck

I would have a salad with grilled chicked on top. Of course, I would probably have both, but given the choice of one or the other, the salad is the healthier choice, depending on your dressing selection.
